Mary also works with many Corporate companies in Cork. She visits companies providing stands on “Healthy Eating Snack Options” , “Back to School Healthy Lunch Box Ideas” and “Smoothie Tasting Lunchtime stands“.
It is all about educating people on simple tips to stay healthy.
Mary’s client base includes many of the pharmaceutical and medical devices companies in Cork, Limerick and Tipperary along with Computer companies too.
Health & Nutrition Stands
Recently, Mary provided a “Health and Nutrition Stand” to one of the big pharmaceutical companies in Cork where she made up fresh immune boosting smoothies for the day and also gave out healthy diet and lifestyle tips along with some family recipes. This went down very well with everyone.
Talks
Mary also gives talks to companies on relevant Nutrition items like Obesity, Food Labelling, Nutrition for Fitness and Healthy Eating.
One to One Consultations
Mary also provides one to one consultations to her Corporate clients which is a great incentive for any company wanting to improve the health of their staff and increase overall work performance.
Hampers
Mary also makes up her own Corporate Hampers and recently made up a number of Health and Wellbeing Hampers using products such as Weleda and Burts Bees for another big Pharmaceutical company for their recent Health Week.
Mother & Baby Hampers
Mary makes up Mother and Baby Hampers and other custom made hampers for companies to replace the idea of getting flowers which normally only last a few days before they get thrown out.
Nutrition & Weightloss Programme for Groups
Mary also runs 6 or 10 week Nutrition and Weightloss programme with small groups of people to help them lose weight and show them the exact foods they need to balance blood sugar and feel so healthy and fit again.
These programmes are also run in some of the Corporate Companies where a group of approximately 20 people meet each week and weigh in, discuss a nutrition item and help overcome any obstacles and Mary motivates them to achieive their target weight loss. These programmes are highly successful.
